Phoenix Precision Machining is a CNC machine shop located in Trinity, North Carolina. We are housed in a 15,000 sq. ft. facility with Ten CNC Machine Centers, 1 Robot, and Twelve CNC Turning Centers. We machine all types of materials, including aluminum, steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and die castings.

Our advanced capabilities and stringent quality assurance standards at Phoenix Precision Machining make us a preferred manufacturer for industries that value accurate, high-quality results. We offer turning, machining, and secondary finishing (including hand deburring), and provide single-source manufacturing solutions. Let us be your one-stop-shop – our comprehensive secondary operations allow us to help simplify your machining process and eliminate production variables and keep timelines short. Our prices are some of the most competitive in the industry, allowing our customers to place large orders on a budget. We work closely with each prospective customer to define their terms and conditions for the order. To begin a project, we require a blueprint and a contract agreement.

In addition to our array of typical secondary operations, Phoenix Precision Machining has several specialized capabilities that separate us from the competition. Some of these include Hard-Milling, Hard-Turning, Polishing, Hard-Threading and the extreme level of customer service responsiveness we pride ourselves on. Outside sourced secondary processes include plating of all types, as well as heat treating.

We can handle orders of all volumes and regularly conduct multiple production runs for our clients. Not only do we have the resources to handle high-volume in-house requests, but we also have the ability to outsource complete projects as needed. Our network of trusted vendor partners have proven themselves over time, and will help with an integrated production plan to meet your deadlines. We also maintain a trusted vendor network to facilitate an array of additional capabilities. Our team minimizes vendor management for the customer, acting as a single-source service provider on most projects.  To see how we can provide end-to-end support for your project, please contact us today.
